The CGPA calculator is one of the most demanding tools among University students who are conscious and serious about their academic progress. I, being a graduate of a very famous university in the information technology sector, always used to calculate my cumulative grade point average in each semester. It helps to set our goal for the semester GPA.

Calculating CGPA manually can be an inconvenient and confusing process for many students. Before getting into the university, we are familiar with marks, grades, or maybe percentages, but the point system and credit hours are confusing.
So, I thought there should be a table or mapping between numbers, grades, and points. I will share a general mapping table between numbers, grades, and points in this sub-section.

| 50% to less than 55% | C+ | 2.50 |
| 45% to less than 50% | C | 2.25 |
| 40% to less than 45% | D | 2.00 |
| <40% Less than 40% | F | 0.00 |
In the table above, we have percentages in the first column, grades in the second column, and points in the third column. If we get 80% or above marks, then we’ll get an A+ grade, and our CGPA will be 4.00 points. Once you have your CGPA, you can use the CGPA to Percentage calculator to find your equivalent percentage.
How to Use CGPA Calculator

Most engineering colleges use letter grades and CGPA to assess their students’ performance. You can calculate CGPA for engineering by summing the all semester GPAs and dividing them by the total number of semesters.
How do Pakistani universities calculate CGPA for their students?
